Please Note: Our system switched to a new payment processor in July 2021. If you have a Subscription purchased before that date, it will appear in this Legacy Subscriptions tab. All other subscriptions will appear in the main Subscriptions tab.
An existing legacy subscription will remain locked in at your annual rate for as long as your subscription remains active. Canceling a subscription would remove your original pricing agreement. Purchasing a new Updates and Support Plan would bill at the current rate.

Click the “Add New Card” Button and fill out the credit card form that appears. If you’d like to use the new card on all of your current subscriptions, leave the “Use this card on all of my subscriptions.” box checked. Click “Add Card” button to complete the process.

Select the Credit card check box for the card that you would like to deactivate. Next, click the “Deactivate Selected Card” button and confirm that you’d like to deactivate the card by clicking “Ok” in the notification window. Please note that you can only deactivate a Credit Card when it’s not associated with an active subscription. In the Active Subscription area, click the name of the subscription you would like to edit. In the popup box, select the “Change Credit Card” tab. Select your desired credit card and click the “Use Selected Card’ button.

In the Active Subscription area, click the payment link of the subscription you would like to pay. In the popup box, click the “pay now” link for your desired invoice. Inside of the Payment Invoice Form that appears, you have the option of using an existing card or adding a new card. Make your Credit Card selection and click the “Pay Invoice” button at the bottom of the page.
