Refactors / Cleanup

• Changed underscore.js template tags from <% %> to {% %} to prevent being flagged by phpcs as ASP tags.

• Renamed \WishListEmailBroadcast class to \WishListMember\Email_Broadcast
• Renamed \WishlistAPIQueue class to \WishListMember\API_Queue
